    My item was sent to me with a mark I contacted seller who said I was trying to return to me selecting the wrong colour of blanket, this was not the case I did select wrong colour but was fine with cream the point was the mark on the blanket the communication from the seller was awful very rude and condescending. The item was returned and the seller continued to be rude, also sent me proof of the mark being removed when before was saying that I was lying about the small mark on the thread. I

    ALL LIES the buyer bought wrong colour insisted the shawl had a mark so returned.once returned i checked the item and a small thread/fluff was in the shawl which was not there when sent out which i picked out with ease.I have never been rude or condescending that very much came from the buyer.i try my best and if i make a mistake will go above and beyond for genuine buyers but i do admit i do not like being blamed for something i have not done to cover up the buyers mistake.
