  As described & well packaged I'm very pleased with the topper but delivery was extremely slow. Seller contacted me for details but was a full week after order was placed & then delivery was very late. Supposed to arrive by the 4th but was delivered on the 20th! Luckily I didn't miss the birthday it was for as I had ordered early

  Please dont use this seller shocking behaviour ordered 23rd September needed for september 30th now 2nd of october still no sign of it contacted the seller no response ive opened a case to get my money back. I don't think its been sent though has tracking and saying cant track item i ordered in plenty of time. For me its the lack of communication just say im sorry i forgot or having issues with royal mail. I hate leaving bad reviews but lack of communication is a big no no.

  I would avoid this seller. I ordered this on 3rd June, for my daughter’s birthday on the 13th. It took 11 days to arrive so came after it was needed. After 5 days of waiting for the item I got a reply to my first message to say it would arrive in 1/2 days which it didn’t, she then ignored all my other messages. EBay gave a refund as seller ignored my request. Will never use again

  Ordered cupcake toppers for a retirement party, only chose these as the delivery was "supposed" to be quick. Was given a Tracking Number which never moved. Contacted the seller twice for an update. Raised it with E-Bay and 2 days later I got a refund. No Communication. I wish I had read her other feedback before buying as I could have got something I wanted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  I ordered the item for a birthday for the 10th August, the delivery date stated 7-8th August so had a couple of days buffer. The item has only been delivered today (13th August) so is too late and now not needed. I contacted the seller the 10th but have heard nothing as I wish to get a refund as I had to rush out and buy a generic supermarket topper
