I did contact the seller, with out success. I placed an order for Rat poison bait blocks & heavy duty boxes, the boxes were delivered with out bait blocks. When I contacted the seller I was told that I wouldn’t get bait blocks for that price. Yet the invoice clearly states bait blocks & boxes, I sent a copy of the invoice clearly showing it, but never received a reply which was very disappointing. What you bought from was a multiple choice listing with a number of different options from which you have to select your choice. The one which you chose is just for a box, there are others, which are more expensive, these include poison blocks, a box or boxes and delivery, dependent upon your selection. You just selected bait boxes and that is what was sent. This layout with optional variants is a format which is designed by eBay and should be clear at time of selection.
