Sadly, whilst the item was fine, the box was battered to the end of its life and carelessly left on my front yard by Yodel despite them being told to leave with a specific neighbour! The communication from PetsApply has been class tbf, not their fault that Yodel are careless.

    My local stockist no longer sells this so I'm really pleased to have received this. Good price with delivery. Speedy shipment. Would but from seller again. Not sellers fault but items arrived separately due to delivery mix up and one item clearly damaged by delivery company (covered in their company parcel tape) but luckily none of contents missing.     I'm a regular customer,and notice that the service is getting slower.It appears that Yodel are receiving damaged sacks,and they then have to tape them,causing delivery delays.They need packing properly in ther first place,by the seller. Any further delays,and I'll be changing suppliers.
