    Pots described as “New and unused”. Pots I received were mostly filthy and in a few cases, broken (see photos). Contacted seller who asked me to return pots to him. New pots would be supplied. Instructed me to mark parcel containing pots ‘Return to sender’ and put it in the post, which I did. No contact for a month as they were ‘out of office’. Asked for update numerous times. Ignored until a couple of days ago. My follow up message has been ignored. Still no refund or replacement.
