    As I found a problem with the bath mat and contacted the seller, communication back was fast and Phoenix_Factor offered return/refund. I had removed the label from it without checking it thoroughly (so not fit to return), my fault entirely. All sides of the mat were uneven, resembling a factory second (imperfect) which was not advertised as such and it being imperfect was denied by seller. Not entirely negative feedback but would not purchase again from this seller.

    The duvet set did not arrive. Seller said that it must have got lost in the post. They then said that they did not have any more of this set to send a replacement out, and told me to select a different one, despite their listing stating that they still had 5 of these sets in stock. They did not have anything suitable so I asked for a refund so that I could purchase the set elsewhere. They did not respond. I had to ask Ebay to step in to resolve the issue. Which they did. Refund received today.
