    Stretch band not graded correctly and my complaint was not investigated. Seller tried to fob me off by offering 10% discount on a further item citing that they are suppliers to the NHS. Issue was that a medium stretch band was ordered and what was sent was an ulta light resistance band with virtually no resistance. I obtained a refund via ebay standard guarantee after returning faulty product. I can only recommend avoiding this seller based on my experience.
