    Delivery took slightly longer than expected as it was sent Tracked 24 not Special Delivery by 1pm as advertised. Item itself was 100% as described, better in-fact as it was advertised as opened but was fully sealed. All checks carried out confirm it as a brand new, unused, official apple product. This model is hard to come across new and others I have found have been quite a bit more expensive so this was definitely a bargain. Very happy. Would certainly use this seller again.

    Item was as described but the seller was awful. Poor Excuses for late delivery - description states next day Special Delivery - I had to wait over a week and they blamed the courier yet it was never sent via Special Delivery. The seller failed to respond to messages until eBay got involved. The seller promised a refund for the postage - I had to chase it 3 times and it wasn’t until I asked to return the item they contacted me and issued a refund of £8 - I will NEVER buy from this seller again

It is a brand new, unused, official apple product. This model is hard to come across new now. Similar ones are more expensive so this was definitely a bargain and much better in my opinion than refurbished.
