The thick glass surrounding the candle I ordered arrived broken and separated from the candle wax in several places. When contacted, the seller immediately sent a replacement. This time the candle was surrounded by additional packing material/bubble wrap, and the mailing box was clearly marked “fragile”. The candle arrived intact. I appreciated the seller’s extra effort and quick response and would use again.
