PJ Pet Products was established in 2010, initially as an importer of dog chews. A decade later, the business expanded significantly. We now proudly offer a wide variety of products for dog and cat owners, selling under long-established brands such as Outward Hound, Nina Ottosson, Pioneer Pet Products, and Smart Cat as well as our own brands such as K9Pursuits, DO&G, CA&T, and many more. We remain focused on everything for dog and cat owners – from outdoor pursuits to indoor play and feeding. Recently we have seen greater interest in toys and IQ games – with which we strive to relieve boredom and offer products for a happy pet. We ordered the wrong size and contacted them instantly to return the item. It was not taken out of the packaging and labels were still on etc as was very clearly the wrong size. I paid postage to return and was notified this was received, however did not receive a refund at any stage. I have messaged them multiple times asking for this and have had no reply. I’m now having to dispute this with the bank. Avoid avoid avoid!
