    It arrived on time and was a pre-pack and as new. Unfortunately it contained 8 AAA batteries, when it needed 2 AA batteries . I contacted the seller and found his response unhelpful and indifferent. So I had to buy AA batteries and the toothbrush worked perfectly. I sent a photo of the 8 AAA batteries, together with a photo of a pack of replacement 4 AA batteries, and asked for a refund of 50% (£3.19). I'm still waiting for a response! Don't know if this was a one-off, but be warned.
