  I recently purchased your PLCs and while the price was amazing, the products were not as advertised. Despite being sealed, the PLCs are not new; they already have programs loaded on them. Additionally, some are missing the SD cards. If this was for personal use, it wouldn't matter as much. However, as I need to sell these to my customers as new products, I am unable to do so and will now have to hold onto them.
