The pokemon I received (Pikachu w/ a Charizard hat) was just as described with an added bonus of having a low CP (personal preference for costumed ‘mons).   Receiving the item took longer than expected but that was due to an issue with the software on not on the sellers end at all, but to go with that the seller did offer alternative ways for me to get what was ordered and kept in constant contact to keep me posted with updates throughout the process, would highly recommend this seller!
