  Nice product, perfectly described. Wish pads were thicker but still GOOD. TWO items ordered at the SAME TIME were shipped in TWO packages. Only ONE USPS 'tracking number' was provided. Receipt of BOTH was DAYS apart. My 'concern' and 'confusion' was communicated and kindly supported by seller. Advise seller to PLEASE provide ALL 'tracking numbers' for each package.

  I purchased this and it came in missing part of the zipper so I contacted the seller and they told me they would send a refund or replacement item. That was easy enough. Glad I make contact with the seller.

  I ordered these because the add said extra large pads. I bought a set from another ebay seller and they are the same material, and same pad size, length and thickness. This seller offer me the same as the other a 15 % credit. I asked for another set of pads and they said not availiable. Now the seller offers 20%. For the future, change the description to save future buyers the headache. I will take the 20% credit and leave neutral feedback.
