Der Verkäufer angeschrieben und ein paar Fotos des Schadens geschickt (Scharnier eines Armes gebrochen). Drohne zurückgeschickt und Versandkosten erstattet bekommen. Zwischenzeitlich wurde das Angebot günstiger angeboten. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir die Preisdifferenz erstattet. Also alles wirklich sehr vorbildlich, kulant und Kundenorientiert gelaufen. Die neue Drohne war dann einwandfrei. Wirklich wie Neu, keine Gebrauchsspuren - TOP
