    Royal Mail did not deliver by date they originally gave me hence comments that item not received. They sent a revised date after I had already submitted feedback. Items have now arrived. I didn t realise I could check with seller so apologies for not doing so.

    This customer did receive their item. It was posted on time and it did arrive a day late but this does happen very occasionally with Royal mail as we all know. The customer recieved a full refund on the postage costs and had already received a very large discount on the purchase price. Potters Trading goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is satisfied as you can see from all the other amazing reviews, however there's unfortunately no pleasing some customers.
