  I ordered the product but didn't receive it. I raised it with the seller and I was delighted with the speedy response and offer of refund as a resolution. The response was very professional, empathetic, and friendly. There was no quibble and resistance to help.   Unfortunately, when the items arrived, the box information didn’t match the contents and the soap was very out of date (I didn’t even know soap could be out of date?) the seller was incredibly apologetic and got back to me very fast . I had the items returned the day after I’d received them and the seller sent my refund as soon as the item was in the post. It was such a shame, but the seller was incredibly kind and I would definitely use them in the future

  The hedgehog food was a good price and delivered quickly, but on this occasion (I have bought previously from this seller) the contents of the package appeared and smelt mouldy. A message to the seller elicited a prompt apology and refund. Hence, I still consider this a positive purchase experience.
