    Received the computer today by Royal Mail. The packaging was wholly inadequate for this computer. The packaging was open on receipt and the computer inside was floating about. Informed the seller who blamed Royal Mail for the open package 50/50 in my view inappropriate packaging by the seller and a rough ride in transit by Royal Mail. On the plus side the computer was exactly as described and value for money. No empathy from the seller and request for a refund on the postage was refused.

    Whilst we understand that the damage to the box is frustrating, it is important to note that the item inside the box was not damaged. If the item was damaged, I would have been more than happy to assist you with a partial refund.However, in your own words "the computer was exactly as described and value for money". You did not pay us for a cardboard box, you paid for a desktop computer and you have received said desktop computer as advertised. I fail to see any real reason for a refund.

    Items as described, functional and packaged very well and securely. Postage not so good. I bought two items off two separate auctions from this seller and both had a postage cost of £9.99. The postage fee of each item was added up to £19.98 despite the two items being dispatched in one box that would have cost no more than £8 to post with tracking and all the bubble wrap. This transaction would've been of better value if it wasn't for this postage cost, but apart from that, I'm fairly satisfied.

    Hello, when you order multiple items you can request a combined invoice either through eBay or directly by messaging us. Due to our quantity of orders we do not manually change postage details unless the buyer makes a specific request to do so.
