  At last I’ve got my parcel. Everything is fine with the packaging but I have just started using it so can’t comment on the product itself. My gripe is the lack joined-thinking between eBay and EVRI. Don’t send a message to the buyer that the parcel is delivered when it’s not the case. It’s a waste of time, distressing and frustrating. The transition from the seller through to the collection point should be seamless. When a mistake is made, don’t wait forever without posting an update
