    Very poor service. Image is incorrect as the pens are delivered individually wrapped in non-recyclable plastic, rather than as shown. Request made for the seller to change the image to reflect this was ignored. Communication from the supplier was practically nonexistent, and despite repeated requests and the order being returned to the seller, no refund given and no reply to my requests. Additional note: Seller made contact and finally issued a refund on receipt of this negative feedback.
