    i ordered the part with zero shipping. i paid as seller wanted. then he canceled the purchase and said due to buyers shipping adress but the problem is that he wanted to change the charge for shipping

    Buyer wanted the item delivered ot the island of Cyprusm unfortunately the only delivery option for islands is express delivery via "air". The buyer was informed in a message for the addition express delivery cost, after a couple of days of no respond the order was refunded fully.
