Item was received well packed & undamaged. All accessories were present. Brush is well made & easily charged via supplied USB cable. Well priced item. It had been opened & resealed which was surprising, especially as it has an address label on the outside of main box. The box had part of the cprinted cover missing, so maybe it was a returned item, that was checked & sent out again.
