  This company have been very helpful throughout my transaction. The bath is is just what I needed, no more fatigue on my back. There is someone on hand to help if you’re not sure about anything. Please don’t hesitate dealing with this company you will not be disappointed. We have eight dogs who will certainly be in tub tomorrow.   The item was damaged when it arrived,so I informed the seller, they asked for some pictures of the damaged item. Once they had received the pictures they immediately informed me that they would be sending a replacement and were very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The colour is grey, it feels very sturdy time will tell when we go camping, the price was reasonable for a camping toilet. Overall the delivery time was very good and as I have said the customer service was excellent.

  I'm always sceptical about certain online purchases especially when the prices seem to good to be true. However it was too good but it was definitely true. The price was bespoke, the product quality is everything I wanted, the finish of the actual product is definitely high end and the communication and turnaround time from date of purchase to delivery date was absolutely sport on.   The package didn't arrive unfortunately, however that was an issue with Evri and not the seller. The seller was prompt at responding when I messaged them and issued a refund immediately when it became apparant that Evri had lost the parcel. I would buy from this seller again as they acted professionally and resolved the issue with no quarrals. Thank you
