I was greatly satisfied with their resolution when a vital part was missing from my order. Communication was very smooth, they quickly acknowledged the error and made it right by shipping the part that same day. Does it suck that it happened? One had a dongle that would not connect and the other had cracks on the headsetband. Seller quickly send me 2 replacement 4320UC (one with a new dongle) that arrived quickly and both are working as advertised. The value on the cost for a used 4320 is worth it.
