  Paid for a full set of nose cones as in the description, I recieved just 3 cones complained but just fobbed off,who's going g to pay over 20 quid for 3 plastic cones ,tried to return wouldn't send me a post office return label ignored me ,disgusting ebay seller

  Firstly as we pointed out you order a bagging kit which is 3 cones. Secondly they aren't plastic they are carbon hence the price of 21. A full set would have cost you £70. finally we were happy to accept a return and we asked you to follow the returns process outlined on our ebay ad. We didn't ignore you , you just didn't like the response we provided.

  Sent the incorrect size, so sent it back and then received the correct size a week later also with the incorrect size, which i may use in time, i presume this was to cover my postage.

  This is a known issue which rests with ebay to resolve . it occurs when a sellers ebay shop is linked to an exturnal handling software such as in our case Shopify.
