Thank you for your feedback before buying my Sony M5s. They came in and they are in perfect condition like you stated. Loaded the lasted firmware and these buds sound wonderful. Packaging was horrible though, the cable and the case were not wrapped in bubble wrap, they were just thrown in a shipping bag and shipped. The bubble wrap that was inside the packaging was free floating so not sure what that was all about. But the buds are great and service has been excellent. Thank you.
