    I bought a Bosch 36v chainsaw that seller described as tested and working however it was delivered with a missing part. After initial good communication I was forced to wait a long time for the part which did not arrive. I purchased the part myself and the seller agreed goodwill to pay me back and the part refund was given. The item was a good price but was let down by the sellers poor per-sale checks. Now I have used the item which so far performs well I am happy with my purchase.

    Box arrived a bit damaged But after a proper look everything that was meant to be in there was present except there were no instructions However a quick message to seller and they very promptly answered and emailed instruction manual Very prompt courteous responses from seller Saw works very well after purchase of saw blade which as stated in sellers description was missing ( the combined total of purchasing this saw and buying a blade from another retailer means it was still a bit cheaper )
