They need to up their game. Items as heavy as this need to be notified in advance=taking pot luck if the seller is waiting in is futile.

Apart from that I cant fault the machine or its performance, hopefully the replacement part and service will be as goo

Afer 4 attempts to discuss with them , they still not able to told me when the delivery can be done. So I decided to request a refund, as already lost money and time , as I was really need this tool to do my job. Very bad experience.
