Very thoughtful to as they sent it royal mail and not the useless Evri after I asked the seller what carrier they use and said please let me know if it's Evri as they can't get out of the van and walk the 40 seconds down the lane to our door. They responded with "I will send it royal mail then. Very kind, thank you.

    The rubber feet were missing from the packaging. I informed the seller who responded quickly and resolved the issue just as quickly by giving a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing replacement feet from eBay (lots available). Otherwise I am very happy with the ladder and with the replacement feet you wouldn't know the difference. Great product. 5 star communication Fast free delivery. I recommend this seller.

    Excellent service ordered this mattress on the 13th of May and it was delivered on the 15th. It arrived well packaged in very good condition and was free delivery. The price was very good value. I Haven’t used the mattress yet as I’m waiting for it to expand but I’m hoping it will be comfortable when in use as it looks good. I would recommend this seller.
