Item arrived as scheduled. Unfortunately the chalks were all broken probably due to very poor handling. Part of the problem Was that the packaging was very soft just a Jiffy bag.Had the packaging been stiffer and the product more secure inside the problem may not have occurred. However the company did respond very well to the problem with good communication and offer a 50% refund which I accepted.

Company was 100% with customer care. Delivery was quoted as 30th May and seller was informed that delivery had been made which wasn't the case. We did eventually receive the package and I have to say the courier company's representative was extremely helpful when I phoned him at Beresfield.

Arrived, but took 13 Days to get from NSW to QLD. Can't say I was happy with that. Items were as described at a reasonable Price. I would purchase from again, but if they took as long to post the next one, I would go with another supplier that doesn't take 13 Days to deliver Sydney to Brisbane.
