The strip itself had an incredibly thin backing, and kept peeling off the adhesive strip a few times before I caught the edge of the backing itself, finally. Also note that this item DOES NOT ship on a reel as shown, but instead was covered in cling wrap, and mailed in a very thin lightly padded envelope. I'll only buy from again if I need more and there's no other seller of the covered thin lights.
