  After receiving the wrong charger twice, I requested a refund since I had to purchase the correct one elsewhere. Unfortunately, my refund request wasn’t acknowledged, and another charger was sent. While the third charger is finally the correct one, I now have two chargers, one I don’t need. Communication throughout the process was slow, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident purchasing from this seller again.

  Firstly, the item was sent by standard as I paid extra for express. Fortunately, the seller did partial refund for it. The problem is the item received not working at all and asked for refund however, it has been delayed in somehow. I returned the item and found out the seller received and requested for paypal to retrieve it. I don't know what happened with this situation as he is reponding for the message but never proceeding. I might not ever purchase any items from the seller.
