  I ordered a preowned anime figurine at a low price. The seller showed pictures of the box including a broken corner; they didn’t have to do that but chose to be transparent about it, which says good things about the seller’s integrity. The figurine arrived on time in safe packaging. My biggest surprise was that despite it being “preowned”, the box still had the tape intact and had never been opened! In short, I got a brand new product at a discounted “preowned” price!

  I cannot praise this seller highly enough. Books were despatched immediately, and INCREDIBLY well packaged. Most booksellers post paperbacks in padded envelopes, so they may start out in "Fine" condition but become badly creased and "Poor". This seller wrapped these in bubblewrap, enclosed them in a strong cardboard sheath and carton, within an outer waterproof bag. Best of all: the condition is PERFECT! Crisp, clean edges and not a whiff of mould or damp. Would buy from again anytime! :-)

  This has been a pleasant purchase from a very good Ebay Seller. The item arrived in very neat and smart packaging, the record was also protected with inner cardboard and bubble wrap. The record was in excellent, brand new condition and played superbly. Very fast despatch and delivery, good communication and excellent value.
