  No tracking number, no communication, no windows so beware! EBay had to step in before this abomination of a so called 100% positive company sent a message with a really poor excuse that FedEx had lost my £500 windows before they could give a tracking number but they did say they could refund me but I wanted the windows. They did not communicate with me after I sent more messages so I asked eBay to step in again after another 3 days. I was refunded via eBay. Another company that should be nuked.
