Tried to contact seller directly to handle issue directly with them, right away seller was defensive saying I was just undervaluing the item and that nothing of what I said or pointed out was true. I asked for either refund or just partial refund to fix issue. Seller stated that they would not be doing that. Had to get eBay buyer protection involved sellers attitude change completely after and ended up returning item. Bad packaging also
