Slightly irritated to see that the item was sent directly from amazon and cost £3 more on ebay. Sent in an Amazon brown paper bag, no bubble wrap, pure luck that the item didn't arrive damaged. On the plus side arrived very quickly, several days earlier than expected, and communications good.
