    I've ordered from Randox a few times now, from eBay, Amazon and direct, and never had an issue. The tests have always arrived quickly and have been easy to use with quick, accurate results. This time though... My test never arrived and was, according to the tracking, returned to the seller. My message to the seller about this has been ignored with no response. I asked eBay to step in and investigate and Randox STILL hasn't responded. Awful customer service.
