The laptop was packaged very securely. Upon opening it, it appeared brand new despite being refurbished. I've spent all day setting it up and messing around with it as you do, and it performs like a new laptop as well. What a bargain. I wouldn't hesitate to use RapidIT again. Thank you!

    I was a bit nervous about buying a second-hand laptop, particularly one which clearly had some history requiring refurbishment, but a month later I'm still delighted with it. When it arrived, I ran it through a thorough hardware check which it passed with flying colours. Postage was rapid; it arrived in good protective packaging ("Air Paq"). There were a few minor marks, entirely as described, but they seem to have done an excellent job with the new screen. Top marks: would happily use again.
