    Listing had no actually photo of the item, only description mentioning it was brand new sealed in original wrapping. It arrived quickly but the item inside had no shrink wrapping, it was pre-owned. To top it off the game cartridge was missing. In other words I got sent a empty Nintendo switch game case. Got in contact with the Seller, was offered a refund after some back and forth. There was no explanation why I was sent an empty case, also no apology was given. Unpleasant transaction overall.
