Obtained for an offer so understand this may represent a cost saving for the seller but not given this as a condition of sale. Wasn't in rush but would have appreciated it explained being sent by a slower method for discounted price ahead of accepting the offer. Fits a charm, overall happy and would buy again

    wrong part was sent. then seller gave my name and address to the buyer who received my item despite being asked specifically not to share my details, in accordance with gdpr and security. I returned wrong item directly to seller and refund was issued. would NOT recommend buyer

    It was a simple mix up between orders. As soon as I realised there was something wrong I contacted you but you did not reply for several days, I naturally thought that you needed your part as soon as possible so I did ask the other buyer to send it to you to try to be as helpful as possible. As you know I did this you have obviously received your item, which you have now received for free as I had already refunded you.
