Excellent seller with great comms. Item arrived carefully packed and just as described but after initial use and testing it transpired there was an issue of which Ryan was completely unaware. He immediately agreed a full refund without quibble but when I said I still might be able to use the device he offered me a partial refund as an alternative if I still wanted to keep the item. I agreed to the latter and Ryan paid up right away. Lovely to deal with and highly recommended.
