  Love this handheld bidet sprayer! The tap joint is solid metal, and installs easily on standard UK plumbing. (Can't vouch for non-standard plumbing, but then you know that already.) The hand-sprayer is shiny plastic, which actually is a good choice of material, because it's lighter. Our first sprayer was leaky, but the seller exchanged it quickly and with a friendly efficiency that made me feel like the most valued customer *ever!* Hose solid. Packaging secure, well presented. Great price.
