I received goods that had been damaged, but 1 email resulted in next day postage of a replacement keyboard and notification of such. In all companies, sometimes things can go wrong, what is of great importance is what is done about an issue if it occurs.     The keyboard is as described, and a high-quality replacement. Unfortunately, the listing promised RoyalMail 48 and was a key reason it was selected - however it was sent by EVRI (aka "NEVERi") and took a week to arrive. Overall service let down by choice of courier.
