About us

ReBOOT was the first computer recycling project in the North of Scotland, set up by Moray Voluntary Service Organisation (MVSO) in 1997. We are a charity and social enterprise based in Forres, Moray.

Our purpose has always been to provide an environmentally friendly IT recycling service to individuals and businesses throughout the North and North East of Scotland. Any computer equipment that cannot be refurbished is reduced to base components, then recycled in accordance with current SEPA regulations. We offer this service for free to anyone who needs it.

Since opening our shop in 2008, we have been selling high quality refurbished IT equipment to the local community, providing a lower cost and more environmentally sound alternative to buying new. Our eBay shop allows us to sell to a wider audience.

ReBOOT is coordinated by a small group of dedicated staff and have a team of skilled volunteers as its workforce who offer their time and expertise to further benefit the community.

    It arrived very quick and was as described. I would've given positive feedback if the item would've been more protected. It was sent with a bubble envelope but no extra bubble wrap or cardboard inside. It arrived well, however, very risky movement as it could've arrived broken. I think the seller should protect a little bit more the item inside.

In your case, your item was within an eBay Official Packaging bubble wrap package, which has been used by us to ship over 100 wireless access points with no damage. We would never risk damage to a customer's order, and are also conscious of the trend of companies to use excess packaging where it is not required.
