    Absolute nightmare!! Listing's description was incorrect and still is despite this major cock up! Wrong size was delivered. Order was in someone else's name. Took 6 attempts to arrange collection. Then driver kept coming to collect after it was actually collected. Item had to be repackaged which was very difficult because of size and weight. Seller was very unhelpful and had to keep ringing to sort the problem out. Took a couple of weeks to get refund

    Buyer attempted to return the parcel to the supplier rather than to the return address provided on Ebay resulting in more hassle and a delay to the refund process.
