  Had Best piece in box broken when arrived. Informed seller, he had no replacement. Offered partial refund. Other sellers had replacement for min. of $20 plus shipping. He sent me refund of $10 out of $55. Sellers must bubble wrap and put in boxes large enough for product. This wouldn't have been an issue.
