  As the original printer didn't arrive I contacted the seller, he got back to me almost immediately. I had a very positive experience as after giving him my address as requested he in turn sent another printer which arrived very quickly. It was in 1st class condition and a quality item , great value and looks brand new as advertised. Would recommend this seller .

  Bit dubious about the low price £19.99. BUT! I got myself a Brand new replacement Printer that works great and looks good in white. Arrived in good time. Packaging survived the post lady throwing it over my back gate. True Ebayer Trusted Seller. Would buy from again and again now I know the quality of the products., I used ink from another supplier instead of HP's own ink and you get a warning message. But the printer works fine with any make of cartridge

  Arrived on time, well packed and is now in use. However, the hype on the advert said a cartridge was included, but it wasn't. We sent for the cartridges, which arrived in a few days, so we were able to set it up and use it. So far we are happy with this item.

  Not as advertised. Very poor condition with a large pill of a brown fluid into scanner !!! Seller did offer partial refund but never answered and messages after that !!! Ordered and paid in good faith as wanted asap ….. delay as poor quality and un answered messages !!! Had to get resolution centre to get my refund …. Be aware these type of sellers should not be allowed on eBay !!!! 0/10 from me !!!!

  Unfortunately mine was not a good experience, it was advertised as opened-never used, it arrived in a torn brown box, I could not connect or register so I contacted HP and was told it was already registered to someone else and also registered for instant ink, could not use so had to return for refund.
