    Purchased item for £95 to include delivery. After initial contact telling me delivery would be last week, no contact from seller. I’ve contacted them a few times but they simply don’t respond. I’ve now asked to cancel the item. Again, no response. So I’m left wondering what on earth is happening with the item and my money. Absolutely dreadful customer service. The worse I have come across on eBay to date. To ignore a purchaser who has paid in full with no explanation is unacceptable and rude.
