There was an initial disappointment when my package arrived but turned out to be something completely different from what I had ordered. The seller was very responsive and explained the error had occurred at the eBay inspection facility, since it was an international order. The seller was very apologetic. EBay refunded me immediately. A few weeks later, I received the item I had ordered, much to my surprise. Thank you to all involved for making it right!
