    Not received within stated time, seller unhelpful to say the least and came perilously close to accusing g me of fraud instead of accepting responsibility for taking 5 days to despatch a ball of wool!!

    The order was dispatched on wednesday 27th within the the allowed dispatch time. Tracking info says it is still being delivered. I cannot issue requested refund until a certain amount of time as passed. As mentioned a refund will be issued if not delivered by the 5th december or if delivered a return request is issued. All known businesses will wait 30 days to issue refunds for lost parcels. I am asking for a week which is not unreasonable. Shops won't refund without the goods first.
